Petro Fina was built in 1959 during an oil-and-gas boom. We are converting this 175,000 sq. ft. former office building into a multifamily complex with 105 large suites.
Our project isn’t just about housing—it’s about designing an affordable, accessible environment that will create opportunities for tenants and foster economic growth for the surrounding community.
Petro Fina will become a vibrant centre for residents. These residents and their visitors will create foot traffic to nearby businesses, thus aligning with the vision of the city’s Stephen Avenue redesign plan.

Ardoran Place will return people to where they’re most missing in Calgary—our downtown—and improve our city in exciting ways.
Introducing 128 new affordable living spaces downtown will greatly improve Calgary’s housing shortage. This, in turn, increasing downtown traffic by a community who does not commute to the suburbs, ensures the vitality of downtown businesses. By building new communities downtown, we will create new opportunities for our city and the people who live here.
